2. Scope of Services

Home Painters Pro offers the following services in Toronto and the surrounding area:

• Professional painting and decorating services
• Complete renovation and remodeling works
• Drywall installation and plastering applications
• Decoration and consulting services

3. Quotation and Pricing

All price quotes made through the website are for informational purposes and are not binding. Final prices are determined after a free on-site estimate based on project details and are presented in writing. Prices include VAT. Payment terms are determined during the contract.

4. Warranty and Responsibilities

We offer a 5-year workmanship guarantee on all our work. The warranty covers:

• Correction of errors arising from workmanship
• Manufacturer's warranty for the materials used
• Correction of installation and application errors

Situations not covered by the warranty: User error, natural disasters, fire, unauthorized interventions, and normal wear and tear.

5. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

For cancellations made before the start of work after the contract is signed, 20% of the deposit paid is deducted, and the rest is refunded. For cancellations made after the start of work, billing is made in proportion to the completed work. Home Painters Pro is not responsible for delays caused by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, images, logos, texts, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Home Painters Pro and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes arising from these terms of use, an amicable solution will be sought between the parties first. If a solution cannot be reached, the Toronto Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized. These terms are subject to the laws of Canada.
